With
the opening of Royal Phuket Marina in Phuket in 2005,
Peter was given the opportunity to showcase his talents
in a joint venture with Mr Gulu Lalvani, developer of
Royal Phuket Marina and founder and chairman of Binatone
Telecom Group. The conception being Les Anges Patisserie.
Les Anges Patisserie (the Angels Bakery) (pronounced
"Lays Ongg") is proving a huge success on
the island with many of the 5 star hotels being supplied
with Peter's specialty cakes, home made pastries and
delicious ice creams and chocolates, from the glass
enclosed chocolate room where you are able to view the
creations being made.
Situated on the East coast of the island, overlooking
another of Phuket's superb marinas is every Chocoholics
favorite place, your own little piece of chocolate heaven.
Guarded by Cherubim and Saraphim the aptly named Les
Anges is more than just a place to get excellent chocolates,
it is also the place to get superb pastries and quality
gourmet food. |
